    Brussel sprouts that are edible! What a refressing change after growing up with awful overcooked brussel sprouts that seemed to melt in your mouth like cabbage divinity. Easy and quick to prepare. Definitely do the prep work well beforehand so when it's time to cook you are ready to go. I think I doubled the bacon because...well I like bacon! :

    I made for Thanksgiving and they were eatten by not only the brussel sprout lovers, but by family that don't really appreciate the veg. What a hit!!!

    I made this for Thanksgiving and it was a big hit. Every last brussels sprout was eaten and it was easy to make.

    For brussel sprout lovers llke me, this is a great tasting dish and oh, so easy. I'm serving it for Thanksgiving. It looks like I spent quite a bit of time making it and I didn't.

    This is one of the best recipes I have had for brussel sprouts. I have given this away to several people and they all love it. Great for the holidays too.
