LOVED this recipe and so did the kids. Not an easy recipe to make, but well worth it. I used less cheese to cut the fat and it was just fine. Will keep this around for a long time to come!

I made this for a party and everyone loved it. I left the topping off because I put it in a crock-pot and didn't want chucks of soggy bread crumbs but it was still fantastic! I have a feeling I'm going to have this recipe memorized very soon.

I loved it! My husband thought it was too spicy (and is now sweating but I followed the recipe exactly as presented. Makes a TON! If you make it in one dish, use a 9x13" deep dish pan or the cheese will ooze over the sides.

This recipe is a family favorite, especially for my son-in-law. He requests it often. The only changes I make to the recipe is to let out the dry mustard and I use hot pepper cheddar cheese curds instead of the regular shredded pepper jack cheese. It makes this creamy dish even more creamy.

I normally make a mac n cheese from Flemings Rest. but couldn't resist trying this one. It was very good and will definetly do it again. It does make alot and uses alot of pots and pans but so worth it. We did some veggies with it and were done. I will make for a potluck next chance I get!!!

Was absolutely delicious and creamy...perfect for a large get-together and tastes great the next day too! Followed it exactly.
