Served this at a birthday party. Three different people asked me for this recipe. My husband suggested putting sliced jalapenos in next time, maybe sprinkling them on top when the dish is done cooking. yummy.. cant wait to make this again.

This dish was great! We made this last night and wow, I can hardly wait to eat the leftovers for lunch today.

Very good! I prefer things more mild so I used a less hot sauce with success. I also couldn't be bothered by layering it so I cooked separately but mixed everything together and topped with crumb topping which I think resembles more of a mac and cheese and it turned out fine. Glad I read the reviews though because this makes a ton!!! I split it into 2 casserole and gave one away to a friend but in the future I might even quarter this recipe.

Contrary to everyone else, I thought the texture of this was awful. It was very dry. The cheeses didn't melt together in a smooth way, and it sort of curdled even though I didn't cook it too high or too long.
Maybe it could work, if something like a processed cheese (Cheese Whiz or Veveeta or something with milk in it, could be used to soften up the sauce and make the whole dish creamier.

I thought this was a very good recipe. My husband and I both like spicy foods, so next time I will add more spice. I also used milk instead of half and half. Other than that, it was a great comfort food dish.

Heart-stopping deliciousness. I followed the recipe 100% the first time - fabulous! The second time, I sauteed in olive oil, used milk instead of half and half, etc. just to reduce the heart-stoppingness a little bit. Still great!

I made this recipe twice in one week. The first time I bought "Franks Red Hot Sweet Chilli" and it was great. Then I realized I should have bought "Franks Red Hot Original". So the second time I used both. 1/4 cup of the Original and 1 cup of the Sweet Chilli. Absolutely fantastic. Next time, however, I will increase the "Original" to 1/2 cup and the "Sweet Chilli" to 3/4 cup. I want it a little more spicy, but love the Sweet Chilli flavorl.
