We were very pleased on how this recipe turned out. Very filling, very satisfying. I am not one for putzy recipes so next time, I'll shred the cheddar cheese as well so it melts down and blends alittle quicker. This is a great weekend dish. Thanks Food Network Magazine. This is a keeper.

Oh my god, was this good! The hot sauce and blue cheese definitely give it that extra kick. I think it would be great even without the chicken but that makes it a meal. Just add a nice salad on the side. Next time I think I will try it with some lowfat/fat free cheese, sour cream and half n half to make it a little healthier but everyone here loved it.

I made this over the weekend and hubby loved it, he would like a little more hot sauce but over all asked to have it again next weekend. I gave half of it to my daughter and her family and they too can't wait until I make it again. I told my daughter that I would give her the recipe and she can make it for us;- I did not have enough half and half (1/2cup to short so I just added milk and it worked out fine. Try it you will like it and come back for more!

I made this dish using broiled chicken breast. And my family loved it. It was very easy to make and leftovers were just as good the 2nd day. I would say the 3rd day but it did not last that long.

Saw this receipe when reading through my new FN magazine and thought it sounded easy and good. Made it the next day and couldn't have been happier with the results. Great flavor and if you like things even spicer you could add a bit more red hot sauce. Thanks FN and keep them coming!

This recipe is fabulous and ridiculously decadent! I made a half-batch in an 8x8 pyrex...And also used a few baked chicken tenderloins instead of the rotiserrie chicken...This is comfort food at its best!
