I received my FN magazine in the mail 2 days ago and this recipe immediately grabbed my attention because I love buffalo flavor and macaroni and cheese! I made this for my boyfriend and I for a Sunday night comfort dinner and we both LOVED IT! Instead of rotisserie chicken I used 2 chicken breasts seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, season salt, and garlic salt. Then I decided to save a little more money and use regular garlic and herb seasoned bread crumbs and leave the parsley out. Even with these changes it was DELICIOUS! We are having leftovers tonight and will make this in the future for sure!
