A lot of work was put into it but it's so worth it. It really does deserve all the hype. I did a lot of substitutes.. Instead of pepper jack I used mozarella, mild cheddar instead of yellow sharp cheese, and i used a random hot pepper sauce instead of Franks and it still tasted good. And I also replaced the chicken for turkey. Best version of mac and cheese I've ever made.

This was amazing! I don't even like buffalo, but this was just right. I used fat free milk instead of half and half, and I did NOT use celery. I also caramelized my onions. The blue cheese and panko crumble on top was PERFECT! I used 2 blocks of cheese, cheddar and montery jack, i shredded them which made it easier to melt. Absolutely perfect.

pretty tasty, didn't use the bleu cheese, but I am sure it would have been great that way as well!!! maybe a little spicy for my taste, but every bite was a little different, so it is still up in the air...

Very tasty! I substituted Tabasco Buffalo Style Sauce for Frank's, toasted bread crumbs from my own homemade bread instead of Panko and only used 2 slices of pepper jack and not 8 ounces. Spicy and creamy. Perfect for dinner while watching the first snow fall in front of the fireplace.

Was very good.. I left out the celery and the blue cheese and didn't add as much hot sauce as the recipe called for due to my children but overall a very good recipe. Makes a TON.. I feed 3 adults and 2 children and this was way too much for us to finish even after eating it for a couple days. We were giving it away : lol

Delicious. Made this over the weekend, followed the recipe exactly. It is heavy and a bit of work, but worth it. Came out great. Will definitely make again.

Delicious!! Big hit. Made it exactly to recipe and had no complaints. My husband usually won't eat onions or celery but I made sure to use a fine chop and risked keeping them in the recipe. He had no complaints :
