Delicious!! Big hit. Made it exactly to recipe and had no complaints. My husband usually won't eat onions or celery but I made sure to use a fine chop and risked keeping them in the recipe. He had no complaints :

Absolutely delicious! A lot of time and dirty dishes, but well worth it!

skipped the celery, used half the cheese, whole weed pasta, and 1% milk instead of cream. it was very good and much healthier.

My husband and I really liked this but I think it could be easily as tasty if you used 2 percent milk and only 8 oz of cheddar. I also am usually a lover of celery but for this recipe I recommend leaving it out. It was slightly overwhelming to milder noodles and chicken flavors.

Very tasty! I needed a pan larger than my medium sauce pan for all of the cheese! It was a huge hit for my family including my 3 year old! Will definitely get added to special occasion fare in our house as it is VERY rich!

The taste combination was great. I little too creamy for my taste but that is just personal. Simple to make and would be a great one dish meal if add in some string beans or peas.

Love this meal! I make it a bit different but it's still so yummy!!! I use a little brown sugar and honey in the hot sauce and penne pasta for more substance!
