We LOVED this recipe. This is the first time we made buffalo wings. It was very easy. The only change we made was to bake the wings for 15 minutes versus 35 minutes. They were absolutely perfect. Thank you!

I experimented with different recipes.
This recipe by far is the best. There is alot of room for doctoring to your taste. Not eveybody likes em' real hot and I found by adding a dehydrated and then reconstituted habanero to the sauce, nobody will complain there not hot enough.

Don't think much of the chicken receipe, but the blue cheese dressing is DIVINE! I always add some minced shallots to it and throw in some fresh flat leaf (Italian parsley. This has become my family and friends new favorite .... and no one knows it's not really mine :-

Lots of work, but not a lot of hot spicy flavor.

Wow. To cook the wings in a 400 degree oven for another 35 minutes after they have been cooked in the oil. That is whack da wiggidy! Most recipies call for the wings to be deep fried for 12 minuets and tossed in sauce. Then if you want the wings to soak up the sauce, you place them in the oven for 5 minutes. Not 35. Dayum. But the key here is to re-toss the wings after they come out of the oven to have a generous sauce coating on them. Someone needs to infor Food TV on how to make proper wings Yall!
