I made these wings for a party over the hollidays, and all I can say is they didn't last very long. The only change I made was I left out the lemon and added garlic powder and celery salt for the oven. Will make them again.

This is the first time I've ever attempted wings and they were awesome. Everyone loved them and there were none left. My only criticism, is you don't have to bake them for 30 minutes. Just reheat them and they're fine.

I have been to the Anchor Bar, Buffalo, NY, pre-wing fame and after they attained the reputation. Their wings and other restaurant's wings do not compare to this recipe. Frank's Red Hot Sauce, which I had never tried before, definitely adds a solid foundation to a wing connoisseur's delight. After the first batch, I added tabasco and other hot sauces to build on the heat to my taste. The flavor, texture, and gastronomic fulfillment were the best over all of my other experiences.

I loved this recipe. This is great for company because they will be hot when served, since they get cooked in the oven at the same time. I added a bit more hot sauce when i took them out of the oven.

My recipe is much better. I think this is the one on the back of the hot sauce bottle.

These were so easy to make. And the sauce was simple and delicious, you can make it as hot or mild as you want too. I put them out at a party and they were devoured. And the blue cheese was great. I had someone ask for ranch because he never liked blue cheese. I told him to just try it and if he still wanted the ranch I'd get it for him. He tried it and smiled and said "never mind".

I made them as a treat for my husbands friends while they watched the Mavs. They loved them. They finished them before I could even try them.
