Tsk, tsk, FN. This is a very uninformative recipe. I almost burned my house to the ground. A little info on deep frying would be nice.

I was looking for a hot oil recipe for wings and I found it here, except there has got to be a scientific optimal cook time to add instead of 'til done -- don't want to overcook or undercook. Plus
I think I have seen where the place the wings in the oven after frying in oil just to cook through (this may have been regular chicken though.

If you don't like this receipe because the buffalo sauce does not stick to the wings. First dredge the wings in flour before frying. If you like a crisper heavier coating dip wings in flour then an egg wash then in flour again allow to partially dry before frying. Pour the sauce over the wings in a deep bowl mix well, dip in blue cheese dressing and enjoy.
