These cookies were super easy to make. I had all the ingredients I needed in my pantry already. I didn't even need to use the parchment paper. Just sprayed cookie sheet with pam. Make some today. Don't wait for the holidays. Their too far away.

These tasted amazing. Just make sure your thumbprints are deep enough or they run. I would also double the recipe next time.

Dough was too soft and cookies spread too much in the pan, allowing the filling to ooze everywhere. Followed the recipe exactly, don't know what happened.

I'm not a big baker, and have made so-so cookies in the past... these are the best ever! Easy, my 3yr old loved rolling the dough in the sugar. Perfect recipe for a little one to get involved. We sliced fresh strawberries we had just picked from a farm and added them on top of the jam... and brought them into school for a end-of-year party... strawberries added a summer touch instead of the traditional thumbprint cookies for chrismas. Added little surprise.

These were so easy to make, plus I used homemade jam and also sugar-free homemade jelly so I didn't feel so guilty when I ate more than one. They also made great Christmas goodies for friends and family!!

I made these and substituted homemade pomegrante jelly for the print. They were excellent and made great Christmas gifts.

I am not quite a baker and these cookies looked and tasted like they required a lot more talent than what I have!
