Loved it & very easy. The lemon zest adds so much.

Very easy recipe with a surprisingly refined taste. The parsley is mellowed after cooking in the butter, and lends the entire dish a lovely, fresh green color. The lemon zest makes the entire dish bright and lively, and cuts through the heaviness of the butter. A great complement to egg noodles, which require a sauce with more punch than the typical tomato to bring out its rich flavors.

This was fool-proof! I added parmesan cheese to taste. Next time I will add grilled chicken.

This was a very easy recipe to make the only thing, I couldn't figure out what to put with it...so my family had it by itself...my father described it as "buttered noodles....it was good but it could have been better". I don't think that it was the recipe just that there was nothing else to it. I will make it again though!

Very quick and tasty. I also added minced onion and grated parmesian. I'll definately be trying this with additional ingrediants! Excellent served with grilled chicken breast.

I often use this recipe as a way to make a rich mildly creamy pasta sauce in five minutes. It works just as well without parsley (if I don't have it on hand and with less butter. The kids (who prefer milder flavors slurp up the noodles with a big smile.

This receipt brings back childhood memories. You can also add cream cheese, cottage cheese and perhaps a little chives or other herb. Yummmm! It's plain and simple, but on a cold day it is very comforting. Just curle up before the fireplace or TV and enjoy!

It was easy and quick, and something my 10-year-old son could help me prepare. We added a sprinkle of Parmeasian cheese and salt to taste.

I haven't used kosher salt in the past, and what a mistake that was. It gives food so much flavor. I love this quick meal and so does my 4 yr. old.
