These sloppy joes are delicious and so easy to make!! I do agree with Shantier that they are better if you simmer longer than 15 minutes

This is a fantastic recipe! After making it several times, I've made a few small adjustments to make it even more delicious for me. I drain the beef after browning, I reduce the amount of smoked paprika to 1 tsp and I reduce the water to 1/4 c. My husband says those small tweaks have made the recipe just perfect!

Yum! I can eat lots of this yummy sloppy joe. Reminds me of my school lunch when I was younger.

The best sloppy joes I have ever had. Thickens up nicely. If you are serving for kids, I would suggest cutting cayenne pepper in half but that's it. Perfect.

This ridiculously easy recipe really delivers. I am a "tough customer" had my doubts, when looking it over. If I had bell pepper in the house, I would have added it. Regardless, it was really great and had a little kick, which my husband and I both love. In fact, it was so good, I ate mine before my husband came home from work!!

My whole family loved it, hubby especially. My 18 month old son couldn't get enough! I just mixed his meat with mac and cheese and he was in heaven! The only thing that I would suggest is that to let it simmer longer than 15 min. It was sooooooo much better! I tasted it when after the 15 min. It was good but longer was definitely better after letting it simmer for about another 45 min.
