    This was super tasty! I made some changes to the recipe to fit our eating habits and what I had on hand. I used chicken instead of sausage and added a jalapeno. Otherwise, I just chose to use Cabot's 50% Sharp Cheddar for the cheese and whole grain rotini for the pasta. This will definitely make it into our regular rotation.

    Substituted sausage with chorizo and bell pepper for jalapeño. Very good and filling.

    Super delicious! Good for a nice Sunday dinner. There were no leftovers on this one. Will definitely make again! I used celentani (corkscrew pasta and it worked well. Sauce really clung to the pasta.

    After using whole wheat wagon wheel pasta and skim milk instead of whole milk I found that this is a really delicious recipe. It is incredibly easy and tastes even better the next day! It's a must try at least once.

    I found this recipe on Pinterest and have made it twice now. To say that my husband and I love it is an understatement. It's easy to make and has fresh ingredients! (We even kick up the spice a bit as well! I did some calculations - for the WeightWatchers PointsPlus folks out there, it's roughly 11 points per serving. Well worth the splurge after a hard days work! Enjoy!

    The mac n cheese was absolutely delicious! I had a bit of a hard time findng Andouille sausage, but am glad I did. It just added that much more flavor. Worth trying.

    My husband raved for weeks after i made this! It was delicious! A simple twist on a classic with BIG flavor. This is definately going in my family cookbook!!!
