This was a very easy and fast meal to make, we added some hot sauce for more spice. Will definitely make again. Used brown rice and came out great!

Light and satisfying. Don't forget the lemon, it is a must! This is a terrific weeknight meal.

This could not be easier to prepare and it takes almost no time at all. You can adjust the seasoning to taste, a little heat or a lot, as you like. The Mr. is a little shy about "spicy" dishes, but he ate this right up. Great!

This was so delicious, cheap and easy to make. I don't like hot things but the recipe called for just the right cajun seasoning. Thanks Food Network Magazine!!!

This was great! Except for having to peel and devein the shrimp, it was very quick to prepare. I used 2 cans diced tomatoes in place of the fresh. I used a mild cajun seasoning since I have a 1 and 6 year old, and they devoured it. The hubby and I just added red pepper to our own dish for some extra heat. This was a great weeknight meal!

Wow guys, this was great! It was actually the first time I've ever prepared a meal with shrimp, not sure why - other than I was afraid I would mess it up. This was absolutely the easiest best dish I think I have prepared. Thanks for such a easy, tasty, inexpensive meal!!! This will be a regular in my house!
