Being a vegan, but someone who loves to cook for her "meat and potatoes" husband, it is extremely rare to come across a recipe for me! I want to thank you so much for posting this and at least recognizing that "we" are out here and do love Food Network! This is a good recipe. Please keep posting more. Thank you!
