Just want to let everyone know that this has been the biggest hit among all the parties I have thrown and all the church functions we have had. The only thing that I did different was I omitted the arugula. I also just used Romaine Lettuce and plain old bacon. I have been asked over and over to make this at every event that comes my way. Way to go Food Network Kitchens :

My family loved these sandwiches. They were easily adaptable to individual tastes. We will make again.

This was a hit with our family including our 4 year old. We have had it at least once a week for the last month. Easy, and not too heavy.

Skipped the arugula, served the ranch on the side. It was fabulous and satisfying. I served it with a salad, but that really wasn't necessary. It was filling.

It is 94 degrees today and I went on the website to find a no-cook meal. I used baby spinach instead of lettuce, black foest ham instead of the bacon, and watercress. Also used whole wheat tortillas. Loved the dressing. Loved how the whole thing came together and tasted great. From my 10 year old, "California Wrap, where have you been all my life?". My husband liked it too, and for my picky other son, I just left off all the items he won't eat. Delish, and I'll definitely make it again.

I thought that this recipe was genious. i was kinda mad that I hadn't thought of it before, its so simple. Instead of turkey breast, i substituted Cajun Turkey, and i think it gave it an excellent kick. I am definantly going to do this one again!

Average sandwich, but good to make if you're in a hurry and want something healthy. I didn't make it with the ranch dressing though, because I don't like ranch so I don't know how it tastes with that.
