Directions
chocolate-Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet. Add 2 sliced bananas and 2 tablespoons brown sugar. Cook until golden and syrupy, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle the bananas with cinnamon and spoon over rum raisin ice cream.

Cut bananas thickly or they will disintegrate -- don't use overripe bananas...overall easy and delicious-- so much nicer than a plain old banana split

Such a quick, delicious dessert! I love how the brown sugar mixture freezes upon contact with the ice cream. It's almost like a crunchy brittle. I will certainly continue making this in the future!
