Absolutely delicious. Yogurt adds a creamy texture. I enjoyed the spices and the fresh taste of the carrots. I brought it to my family and friends immediately.

We really enjoyed this soup. I blended all of the soup to make it a creamy pureed texture. Then added a dallop of fat-free sour cream when serving. May add a few more spices next time, maybe some garlic.

it needed something. Seemed a bit on the bland side. With the right spice kick, it would make a great soup to start off a meal, but it isn't quite hearty enough to be a meal in itself.

My wife and I really liked this soup. Pretty easy to make. Goes really well with a good piece of itallian bread.
