Had to sign up to post a review because this dish was SOOOO good. It's like those Holiday Inn Express commercials where they think they can do anything. I think I could open a restaurant on this dish! I never would have guessed this combination of ingredients would work, but it really did, though we used nutritional yeast instead of parmesan. It was truly outstanding!

This is a delicious recipe. I sometimes add chicken to make it a bit more filling. I also add a bit more pasta water so that it doesn't get too dry. Try it!

quick & easy! Couldn't stop eating. Mom thought it was a little dry. Guess I could have added a little more pasta water. Great taste. Used canned fried onions. What could be easier!

I agree with a previous review..Try just using carmelized onions and a little more garlic..mmmmm...Really awesome change from fetuccini alfredo or traditional spaghetti. Easily put together and a great leftover!

My first thoughts,"will Hunny & I really like this w/o Red Sauce"? A resounding Yes! The Cauliflower has a true nutty flavour. The Ingredients All work.We Never missed Traditional Sauce so well known.I really like the Nuts, the Cheese and Bread Crumbs and the Sweetness that blends and the Onions' sweetness too.We did not miss any Animal Proteins either. Would rate higher than 5 Stars if able...{We used Fresh Onions lightly browned to cook along with the Entire Dish.Never use the Tinned Onions}.

This is the best pasta dish I have had recently. I added a little more garlic and crushed red pepper. It was wonderful. My husband had thirds.
