    Not sure what happened but 25 minutes in a 450 degree oven absolutely incinerated the cauliflower. I will try this again at a lower cooking temperature.

    I made this last night and thought it was a unique way to serve cauliflower. I liked the spices called for and will definitely make it again, probably adding peppers too.

    Oh my goodness,
    THis is such a simple and delicious recipe. I could eat this at breakfast, lunch or dinner. Can't wait t try it after it's been in the fridge overnight. I have a feeling this will be as amazing cold as it is just coming out of the oven! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe.

    Outstanding way to make cauliflower. My husband thought that the cauliflower really soaked up the fllavors. Served it on a bed of Trader Joe's harvest grains. Yum! This is going into a dinner rotation.

    I tried out this recipe and it came out great. I added a little dried pepper flakes to give it some extra zing.Thank you for sharing this simple but great idea.

    This was soooo tasty! Even before we added the lemon and cilantro is was great so you could eat it either way! We did add some garlic salt to give it a little more taste but this was really delicious! :
