Lots of flavor, we loved this! Tastes like Italian to us. I also cut the oil in half, and it still turned out great. It was nice cold too, you could serve as a cold side. I didn't have cilantro for it, and I would serve the lemon/juice on the side for those who want more tang.

Not bad, but not all that great. I've never used turmeric and am not sure if that's the flavor I wasn't enjoying or not. I don't plan on making this again.

This has become a family favorite with 2 small changes for convenience. I substitute 1 cup of canned Italian tomatoes for the fresh and 1 tsp ground cumin for the whole seeds, which I don't generally have on hand. I usually double the recipe, as leftovers for lunch the following day are delicious.

Easy and superb. I made it twice in the past week it is so good -- the second time for guests who kept saying "why don't we eat more cauliflower - this is superb!" This recipe is excellent.

This turned out delicious. Be careful in not over doing it with the lemon at the end though!

my family and I really enjoyed this dish. I'm making it again tonight and I will double it so I can have leftovers.
