I make this all the time. Loaded with healthy anti-inflammatory ingredients.

This was amazing. I usually make my dishes spicy (not necessarily hot mostly Indian. But this was so very uncomplicated and full of flavor. Tomatoes were packed with flavor and much tastier after baking. I replaced cayenne with 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder and mixed the final dish with some leftover coriander chutney instead of finishing off with chopped coriander.

Dishes like this make eating more vegetables easy and flavorful. We had it for lunch with some cheese quesadillas.

Good to fair. Could use a bit of change here and there. Easy on the spices for the most part I personally like to taste the veggies.

One of my favorite veggie recipes that I make quite often. I also use the Cumin powder instead of the seeds. The cilantro adds a tasty flavor to this dish! I have used frozen cauliflower to save time and it turns out well.

Definitely a keeper. Roasting is now my favorite way to prepare cauliflower. I only had cumin powder and no tumeric and it was still great flavor. Added parsley at the end instead of cilantro for my own tastes. Only thing I would do is to probably only do 20 minutes next time to keep them a little more crispy.

I have to admit, I was dubious about this. Being Australian, roasting cauliflower is not really something i've come across but OMG am I a convert! This dish as a side was absolutely brilliant, it packed in the flavour and added a beautiful dimension to the simple silverside (corned beef and creamy parmesan mash I served up on this relaxed Sunday night : Thankyou!! : :
