I didn't have cumin seeds, so I used cumin powder. I love this recipe because it is easy and tasty! You can adjust the spice levels to your liking. Who doesn't love the taste of roasted cauliflower? The tomatoes give it a nice twist. A recipe I will make again and again.

This did not turn out as I was expecting. I may have chopped cauliflower to small!? May try again a little differently because I am trying to get family to eat veggies!

I had high expectations for this recipe given all the positive reviews, but found it disappointing. It was bland. Despite all the seasonings, the cauliflower did not pick up any flavor at all. The tomatoes did, though, so it tasted like eating cumin-spiced tomatoes with plain cauliflower on the side. Not worth the effort.

Really TASTY! We tried eating more veggies like cauliflower more often but they ended in the garbage after a few days. With this recipe we finished the whole cauliflower in one day!!! Super!

I had to use up some cauliflower and grape tomatoes so I tried this and wow it was delicious. I'll be buying the vegetables to make this again and again.

Great recipe, easy to modify. I have mixed in cubed sweet potato, butternut squash. Also, easy to make curry style, or with garam masala.

A lower fat version is to spray the vegies with spray oil, then toss with spices, then bake on a foil lined pan also sprayed.

My new favorite cauliflower recipe! I didn't have turmeric so I used curry powder instead. Forgot cayenne, and the recipe still turned out great! I'm going to make it again later this week!

Like others have said, this one's a keeper! It's a great way to put some zing into cauliflower. I usually prefer cauliflower uncooked, but this recipe is a game-changer that makes me want to cook it from here on out.

One thing I'd change about the recipe: Is 7 cups of cauliflower 1 head of cauliflower or 1 1/4 heads of cauliflower? It's unclear, and I don't like it when recipes don't give you a reference point.

Otherwise, this is a great dish?
