I loved this recipe. I have always wanted my cauliflower to taste good. I used grape tomatoes instead just for convenience. I was very easy and very tasty. Try it.

This is a Great vegetable side dish! I added some fresh chopped dill, and melted some cheddar cheese on top. Yum! Yum!

What a great recipe! Its a nice change from steamed veggies and has a ton of flavor. I followed the recipe almost exactly except I did not have cumin seeds. Tasted fine without them (not sure what I was missing I guess. I will DEFINITELY make this again. Healthy, easy, and tasty!

Made this tonight - it was delicious, I forgot the garlic and used various spices including listed ones. So healthy, quick and easy to make. Best recipe I've used in a long time. Had it with fish.

Outstanding and so easy. I had my own twist. I used pepper flakes for the cayenne...put the lemon and minced garlic in some greek yogurt and served it on the side.
Stuffed spinach breast rounded out a delicious meal with a middle eastern flavor...highly recommend

Very tasty, especially the tomatoes. I used plum tomatoes instead of romas. They were so sweet and the cauliflower had this great toasty crust on it. Will definitely do it again.

This is my new favorite way to cook cauliflower. I HATE cooked cauliflower, but I LOVE this recipe.

I tried the recipe with curry instead of turmeric like one of the reviewers did and it turned out excellent. I also tried with frozen cauliflower and fresh cauliflower. The fresh cauliflower was of course better but the recipe using 2 pounds of frozen cauliflower florets was pretty good too.

Very easy, very tasty, and very good for you. I did not use the lemon juice because I am not fond of it.
