Excellent. Try this, you'll love it. Seriously! Very easy, quick and everyone raved!. I used this on top of Tilapia. Fabulous!! I buy fresh ginger and keep it in the freezer, then grate or chop it, as needed. I didn't cook it seven minutes. Yummy, yummy.

This was my 1st try at cedar plank salmon. It was easy, had pretty good flavor, but was not the best salmon recipe ever. I will definitely try to find a better cedar plank salmon recipe. As for now, I will stick to Paula Deen's Fired Up Rosemary Salmon.

We absolutely loved this recipe. Have grilled salmon on a cedar plank many times, but usually with a special salmon seasoning rub. This glaze really makes it very moist & gives it just the right flavoring of sweet & sour. Have requested it for Mother's Day's dinner.

Loved it! Loved it! Loved it! And I don't even like salmon but this had real flavor and was so juicy. The herbed rice with raisins was perfect with it. The salmon is buttery and rich so the herbs and acidity from the lemon in the rice salad was a perfect balance. Also, getting the little bit of browning from the broiler on the glazed fish was so tasty. Definitely a do over when company comes to visit.

I don't usually like salmon, but I really liked this recipe! Nice flavor and very moist. I think a gas broiler would've put a better crust on the glaze (I have an electric oven/broiler.

Absolutely delicious! I didn't have any real maple syrup on hand, so I substituted agave syrup. The fish had great flavor, was very moist and even the kids ate it up!
