You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 1 sugar cube
  • 1 fluid ounce pomegranate juice
  • 3 fluid ounces dry sparkling wine
  • Pomegranate seeds, optional

Directions

Place a sugar cube in the bottom of a champagne flute. Pour the pomegranate juice over it, then the sparkling wine. Drop a few pomegranate seeds into the glass. Serve.

Yield: 1 drink

    We make these all the time but never use the sugar cube. So tasty just with pom and champagne.

    This wasn't quite as sweet as I had hoped. Might make it using gingerale instead of champagne next time. Looks very festive nonetheless.

    This is the best champagne drink I have ever had. Took it to a Halloween party. ALL THE LADIES LOVED IT. Thank You, Analeisa Stern MMMM GOOD
