Quick, easy and yummy. Might cook the corn just a little longer than recommended next time. Watch for the milk boiling over!

Nice change to a simple side. I was curious how the old bay seasoning would taste on the corn. It actually tasted really good. I only used 1 tsp instead of 2. I think 2 would be good also. The one mistake i made was after removing the corn from the butter in the pot i drizzled a little on them again. This made them a little too buttery. They tasted great regardless but would have been better without the extra butter. I loved the idea of boiling in milk as well. I did not add the hot sauce because my wife doesn't like spicy foods. I thought some heat would have added a little to the corn, so next time i will just add some to mine. I will probably cook the corn like this every time since it was so good.

This recipe is a super keeper!!! I didn't have milk or green hot sauce so I used the hot sauce I had on hand (Trappey's and I took a tip from another comment and added garlic salt instead of regular. SOOOOOOOOOOO GOOOD!!!!!! It might have helped that I had farm stand corn, but I am sure that it would be JUST as GOOOOOOOOD with regular supermarket corn. We will try THAT next week!!!!!

It takes less than 20 minutes from preparation to finish. 5 minutes in the boiled liquid is PERFECT for the texture. I substitute the green chilli sauce and salt wth regular Tabasco and garlic salt. It taste GOOD!!!! Next time, I will try to use soya milk to make it a vegetarian side dish.

I wasn't sure about this recipe because I had never heard of boiling corn in milk before. I made this corn tonight and my whole family enjoyed it so much! I didn't have a green hot sauce so I used a regular red hot sauce and it was great! The corn had so much flavor and it was sweet and juicy...definately try this!

This is a great way to change-up the same old same old when the family starts getting bored with just boiled and grilled corn on the cob!
