This recipe was so easy and so GOOD! I made a few changes, though.. first I fried up some bacon. Stuffed the pork with the bacon, cheese, and spinach (forgot the escarole at the market :/ and cooked the chops in the bacon fat. Then cooked the beans in the pork & bacon fat. Probably increased the calorie count substantially, but boy, was it tasty!

This recipe was amazing! the first time I followed it exactly and all of the cheese came out before the pork chop was cooked, so the second time, I stuffed them with the cheese when they were close to being done and they were perfect!

This was super quick and easy! I loved to the beans because they had a ton of flavor. Be careful with the salt in this dish. I found it to salty for me.

This was awesome! I substituted fresh spinach like another reviewer suggested and used the boneless porkchops I already had in the freezer making sure the pocket didn't go all the way through. We are trying to practice portion control so I forced my husband to leave leftovers so I can see if this reheats well after freezing.

This was incredibly easy to make and my husband loved it. He called it restaurant quality and it's his favorite pork chop recipe now! I hate beans even though he loves them but these were very flavorful and tolerable for me. Definitely making again.

Who woulda thought! Something so simple, yet so good. My husband said "That pork was really good" like...10 times during and after the meal. Beans weren't bad either. I didn't use fresh sage, and it was just the two of us, so the pan only had "brown bits" from 1 1/2 pork chops, so I think the beans tasted mostly like beans w/ a hint of the pork chop/sage flavor. But if you make the full recipe, I'm sure the beans would taste awesome.
Oh, and the chops were SUPER moist!!!!!!

Great recipe and the reason I tried it was because it had the nutritional informational included. Hats off to the person that took the time to include the NI.

I've made this recipe several times. It is so good that I have to make extra because one is just not enough. I don't like leftovers and adjust recipes so I don't have leftovers. However, with this recipe, I make enough so I can have leftovers. The flavors are wonderful. It so easy as well. I highly recommend this recipe.

My family isn"t big on pork chops but this was so good. They are so moist and the beans had so much flavor. I used spinich, just because my grocery store didn't have escarole and it worked. I will make this dish many more times, but maybe add a few more beans because those went fast with my family.
