It was my first time making a galette and I fumbled a little. I didn't make the walls high enough, so the juices leaked and it came out a bit burnt. Would be interested in seeing how great it tastes on a second try.

JUST MADE THIS DESSERT FOR MY FORTH OF JULY PARTY. IT WAS EASY TO MAKE, LOOKS BEAUTIFUL, AND TASTES FABULOUS. TOO BAD CHERRY SEASON IS SO SHORT, I WOULD MAKE THIS ALL YEAR ROUND.

My husband and I thought this recipe must have been made for us since our farm share last week had cherries and peaches. We loved this. it was very easy(minus the labor of pitting the cherries. We took one bite and knew we would be going back for more!
