Chinese food is all preparation and little cooking but it's worth all the prep. This recipe was as good as any chinese takeout I've had.

I've never been really good at stir fry, but this turned out very good. The chicken was tender and flavorful. I even like the broccoli! This will be a basic recipe that I can add other veggies to. Paired with HTBW fried rice recipe you've got it made.

What a great, quick and tasty stir fry. I've made this several times and it always comes out perfect. I suggest to put a lid on the saute pan just after you have added the broccoli florets and water...it helps to steam the broccoli a little faster.

This was VERY easy and VERY flavorful. I added some other veggies (carrot slices and peppers as well. Definitely will make again.

I thought this was a simple and fast stir fry. It was wonderful and my husband loved it! I think it would be easy to add ingredients to make it one's own. I will try cashews the next time around.
