Absolutely delicious! This is my go-to dinner option and my boyfriend loves it :
I use reduced sodium chicken broth or VE chicken bouillon and add lots of toasted cashews. Scrumptious!

I really loved this recipe. I have been looking for a great stir fry recipe after realizing that store bought is not all that healthy with the loads of sodium they carry. For the vegetables, I used a bag of frozen stir fry vegetables and the dish was still flavorful.

This is another recipe that is a keeper! I added two large chopped red bell peppers and one very large sliced yellow onion, (I was out of green onions to the stir fry. I was also, to my dismay out of sesame oil, so in the marinade, I replaced it with fish sauce, and instead of chili flakes, I used a TBLS of chili garlic sauce and went heavier on the garlic and ginger, and did a mixture of hoisin and oyster sauce, since that is how we like it. Served it up with yellow seasoned rice!! YUM!!!!

Probably one of the best stir fries I've made and I'm trying new ones often. Didn't change a thing except added some zucchini because I didn't have enough broccoli.

Skip the Hoison sauce, and use oyster sauce. Much better flavor for this dish. I have made many, many, many stirfrys and Hoison just does not seem to fit the flavor here.
If this was made with oyster I would have given 5 stars.

Wish I had read the reviews before making, because I loved the sauce and wished I had doubled it as recommended! It was still fantastic, though, and very easy.

This dish was super easy and tastes just like take out. I sliced the chicken thin instead of cubed, just because. I also had some carrots, celery, shoots, chestnuts, and straw mushrooms that I needed to use up, so I tossed those in too. I wanted a little heat, so I added red peper flakes while the veggies cooked and I also added some garlic chili sauce at the end. Topped it off with some toasted sesame seeds.

Family loved it. Made the marinade the night before and added cubbed up chicken thighs in the morning so all my husband had to do is cook the chicken and add the hoisin & broccoli. He made brown rice to go with it and he and the kids said it was the best stir fry they have had! Love meals I can prep ahead to help out on nights I am at work.
