The flavor was mouth-watering. This was exactly the dish I have been craving.
I added a tad bit more minced garlic and fresh ginger than the recipe called for.
The recipe called for 5 Cups of broccoli but I used a mix of 5 cups of red/green bell pepper, shredded carrots, broccoli, onion, and snow peas.
I served over white rice. I didn't have any sherry and frankly it didn't even need it!
One suggestion, made by my husband, was to add more chicken next time. There was little chicken-to-veggie ratio but I enjoyed it that way!
Anyway, I give this 5 big stars!

I make this all the time. I love the flavors. I dont have sherry in the house and have been using dry vermouth as a substitute.

This was a good recipe flavor wise. I left my chicken in the marinade for over an hour.My only criticism is that the sauce was beige and not dark brown like teriyaki.
