I added spring onions as well and the wife loved it. Very tasty.

This dish was pretty good. Basic, but still good.

Very easy to make and very tasteful. I tried to substitute chicken with pork and it worked beautifully.

Very easy to make. And it took little time to prepare.

This is the first time I have ever made (non-frozen mix stir fry before, and it came out perfectly! It took me a little longer to prep the recipe - I used chicken legs which I had to remove the bones from, and I used "cooking sherry" rather than "dry sherry," but it still came out great and I would definitely make this again!

I substitued ginger paste which I find very convenient, for fresh ginger. I added strips of bright red bell pepper and sauteed them with the broccoli stems. The red and green combination made the dish look bright and delicious. I also used Hot Chili Oil for a bit of spice. Even my kids ate it! I served it over short grain rice. A good week night family dinner.

Really yummy. The sauce could have been thicker, but the flavor was fantastic. I added other veggies to the broccoli, and that worked well too.

This recipe was good. It tasted just like chinese take out. I would have rated it five stars but we thought the chicken was way too sugary. Next time I make it I will only use 1 tablespoon of sugar and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. I did not use sherry because I don't care for the taste of it, instead I used rice wine vinegar. We will definitely be making this one again.
