I had to do a simplified version of this based on the ingredients I already had. I used broccoli, regular bell peppers, red onions, and added red pepper flakes to make up for the lack of jalapenos. I also used a bit more oyster sauce as I love things extra saucy.

So very, very yummy. My husband would have like to have seen it served on rice and I may do that in the future for his sake. But I thought it stood well and tall enough on it's own. I have been looking for stir fry dishes that I don't need to pair with rice to soak up the sauces or make it more filling. Looks like my search is over!

Very tasty! I would only alter it by using a little less oyster sauce. It was sliiiightly too saucy and sticky for me.
