Too many online recipes like this one have too much sodium. We aging baby boomers are entering are whoops my heart is twitching again. Try to add more herbal flavors, less sodium. Thanks.

Don't like cooked chicken from the grocery stores and don't like crispy tortillas, If you just cook your own chicken and to make it quick you can buy excellent verde sala in the stores. Doing that I would give it 4 stars. Like someone else said, .....there are better enchilada recipes out there.

This recipe looked good on paper but I was disappointed. With no oven cooking the flavors didn't come together and some of the casserole wasn't even warm. Today I will reheat it in the oven and try to salvage it but this is definitely not a keeper.

We all loved this! I added a whole bulb of garlic and extra chilis to the roasting process...we like spice! I also added just one teaspoon of vinegar to the puree. So glad to see more recipes using tomatillos!

There were just ok to me. My husband liked them, but he wished that they were a bit more spicy. It took much longer to make than indicated by the recipe. I think that there are easier enchilada recipes with more flavor. I felt these were a bit bland.

This was a great recipe! Broiling the enchiladas without the sauce for a few minutes first was a great idea, it made them a little bit crispy. I used a little more cheese than the recipe called for and think it made them a little bit better.

We had a boatload of tomatillos and I was looking for something to make... These were fabulous. The salsa verde was perfect. Next week I"ll make these again but will try pork and some pimento peppers that time.
