This is one of my "go to" recipes for guests. I also served it at an office Christmas luncheon, at Blaine House, home to the Governor of Maine. It was a huge hit. Thank you Tyler Florence.

I've been making this for years too and also double the veggies. I serve it on a bed of couscous with the fennel fronds for a beautiful presentation. Have used the recipe for entertaining and it always gets fantastic reviews.

I've been making this since I first saw it on How to Boil Water, at least six years ago. Everyone loves it. Well worth the work. I don't change a thing except I do double the vegetables as they seem to go quickly. Anyone have a wine suggestion for this?

I don't cook the veggies at all before putting into the oven, and add zucchini. I also leave out the orange in the couscous, or use rice or egg noodles instead. Sometime I just use crusty bread to sop up all of the juices. Overall a very good recipe.

seperately the chicken and veggies, and couscous are good tasting. i'm not sure that they flow well together though. i like the couscous by itself, and the chicken and veggies together. i need to find more things to do with fennel! i love it!

The chicken and vegetables were very good. The couscous did not thrill me.

I've made this many times and it never disappoints. Great for company, just get it started and leave it in the oven until you want to eat. I've had it cook for over an hour and it's even better. I add extra garlic (as I do for most recipes and my wife and I hate olives, so I substituted with capers. Just awesome, and overall pretty healthy.

This dish was very good. The flavors
were wonderfully complex. The couscous
was outstanding-loved the orange zest.
There were not specified amounts for the
nutmeg and fennel fronds, so I was
conservative when adding them. Even so,
the dish was delicious.

This dish was fantastic. The fennel and red onions carmelize so nicely and give the chicken the most wonderful flavor. Loved the couscous also - especially liked adding the fennel fronds. Tyler is the best.
