Tis dish was out of this world! My boyfriend was crazy about it. Simple to duplicate and it came with the most amazing aroma and taste. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED an I will continue to make it, specially if we have company over.

Made this just to try something new for friends. What an awesome meld of flavors. I would probably try to use chicken breasts in lieu of thighs next time. A definite keeper

A lot easier to make then I thought, I ended up using chicken legs and breast with the bone in and cooked it for 30 minutes longer.

My husband and I loved this dish. It has alot of ingredients but it is not complicated to make, and it is definitely worth all of the chopping and dicing!

I will double the amount of veggies the next time that I make it.

My husband and I really enjoyed this dish. The chicken was moist...just fantastic. The only problem was that there seemed to be too much liquid for the Couscous. I believe that it's generally a 1 to 1 ratio and next time I will use 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth.

I made this dish without the couscous and it was delicious. The flavors of the olives tomatoes and fennel are great!
