I love this recipe. I was looking for a chicken and gnocchi soup recipe after I had Olive Garden's. I love this recipe. I use Fontinella instead of Parmesan, and sometimes I add more veggies and chicken. I tried Olive Garden's soup again a couple months ago and it tastes like canned soup to me. This recipe is so much better! My husband and I make it at least once a month.

I used this recipe as an outline. I didn't follow exact measurements or anything. I started out with cooking whole chicken leg quarters and making my own broth and seasoning. I also added some extra chicken flavoring by adding chicken soup base. When the soup was done i added some heavy cream to it before adding the cheese to make it creamier. My kids love it. Make a few minor changes and make it your own and it tends to turn out alot better. I also omitted the sugar and changed a few things to our likings.

?? Way too much chicken broth, it was all I could taste. I was expecting this to be creamy, this was just a throw together recipe. Needs less broth and some kind of thickening agent. Nothing at all like the good gnocci soup I've had in the past.

A wonderful soup that we all enjoyed to the max! Definitely one that I will use again and again. Even our daughter got a copy of the recipe to make for herself.

This was such a quick and easy dish. I did use less garlic and more chicken and it made my sweet heart smile. This receipe is definately a keeper.

I was intrigued to try this simple play on chicken noodle soup. Unfortunately, it's not something I would reccomend making again. The garlic in this recipe is so overwhelming that you can't taste the other suttle flavors in the soup. Maybe if seasonings were in different proportions it would turn out better? I don't know - but I won't be making this again.

I can't say enough good about this soup. I will definitely be making it the next time someone is sick, or it's cold outside, or I have chicken, or... The broth is infused with so much garlic flavor, not to mention the butter. It is a fresh and beautiful looking soup when first prepared as well.
