but I had a bit of trouble.
It calls for a 9 inch skillet and I used a 10 inch and everytime I stirred it, the juice spilled over the edge.
I am also going to use a 1/2 cup of flour next time because it wasn't thick enough.
Other than that the topping is great and the stew tastes great too. Once you get this one down, it will be easy to have pot pie on a regular basis.

This recipe was absolutely delicious. At first, I thought it might be alot of work to prepare but it really wasn't. The only thing I had a little trouble with was actually transporting the dough to the pan of stew after forming it into a disc. It kept ripping on me. But once we ate it, it was all worth the trouble!
