This chili is fantastic! It's better than any chicken chili that I've ever bought from any deli. I made it exactly like the recipe. It was fairly simple and and it turned out great. The leftovers freeze well too. Don't skimp on the fresh cilantro. I think it makes all the difference in the taste.
I've since given this recipe to numerous people and everyone raves about it. Thanks Food Network magazine for a real keeper!

I won 2nd place in a chili cook-off with this recipe! I used pickled jalapenos instead of regular. I also used extra canned green chilis.

So delicious and really easy to make! I chopped up the onions and garlic and shredded the chicken in the morning before work. When I came home, turned on stove and threw everything in the pot! I think the mashing of the beans helps to give it that "cooked all day in the crock pot" feel. My 14 month old even loved this!

This soup is great! It's a really easy weeknight dinner. My husband and I like things spicy so I used two jalapenos and pepperjack cheese. I will definitely be making this again!

This soup is fantastic and so easy to make! I didn't mash the beans because my family likes a lot of broth in the soup. Also, served tortilla strips as a topping. This soup will definitely be a fall/winter staple in our family.

This was pretty good. Could've used some salt though. Guess that depends on if the chicken you get is salty enough or not. Overall, it was a good recipe and will make again for sure.

This was fantastic, I would highly recommend this to anyone! One thing to note, the rotisserie chicken was a little on the salty side. It gave the the chili a nice flavor but I may try roasting chicken on my own next time. I served over small wheat pasta. Definitely a keeper.

I made this for dinner last night and it was fabulous. I served it with warn corn tortillas. A very quick and tasty meal. I added red pepper flakes after it was done and would add more jalapeno next time. Will become a Friday night fave.

What a great dish for a weeknight. The only thing that I changed is that I added oregano. I might add more Jalepeno also, depending if you like things spicy
