I made this for dinner this evening. It was absolutely delicious, one of the best chili recipes I've ever made. The combo of sweet corn, cilantro and jalapeno make it work. I used can of cannellini beans and 1 can of pinto. Diced jalapenos made it easy. Definitely a keeper! This will be a great fall/winter dinner.

Very tasty. I roasted two chicken breasts and added the meat to the chili. I made it ahead of time and then added the cheese and cilantro when I reheated and served it. Served it with Alex's cornbread. Nice combo.
