Loved this recipe. Seemed complicated at first but was really simple. The flavor of these fajitas was the best I've ever had! I highly recommend. I will certainly make it again.

It was delicious and i will definitely make it again. We made extra marinade as we like a lot of sauce. It was great that there was no need to add oil when cooking the onion and peppers.

I really enjoyed this recipe. Unlike previous reviewers I did make the sauces, and loved them both! I did however use sour cream instead of Greek yogurt because that is all I had in the fridge. Sure it is a lot of steps but also a lot of flavor. The chicken is so moist and flavorful, while still being light. I would absolutely recommend this recipe!

Just giving this recipe 3 stars because it was a lot of work and results were just average. I wanted to follow the recipe exactly and make the two sauces but now I agree with some of the users that I would skip them if I make this recipe again. The yogurt sauce was not appetizing, I ended up using sour cream. And the avocado sauce had a good flavor but I had a hard time getting around the texture, so next time I would just used slices of avocado and sour cream. Also, cooking times were a lot longer for me and the veggies never seemed to take on good flavor, maybe because we used a grill pan indoors. Having said that, the marinade for the chicken was very good and the chicken acheived very good flavor. If I make this again I will skip the sauces and try something other than the grill pan.

Fajitas are a staple for us and this was so much better then the seasoning packet I usually use. I made a much smaller quantity since it's just 2 of us and let it marinade for 45-50 min for all the flavor we could get. I also cooked it on the foreman in our apartment since city life doesn't really allow for a grill. The Avocado mixture however I made the entire thing and had the rest with chips the next day. Really good! This is definatly our new go to.

The avocado blend was good, of course you can't go wrong with most variations of guac.

The fajitas on the other hand were lack luster and borderline bitter(I use only quality sweet onions and red, orange, and yellow bell peppers.

I'll keep making my own chicken fajitas. Chicken is prepped and cut in strips prior to cooking and the result is quicker cooking and much better.

This dish was yummy! The marinade was really great. The chicken turned out perfectly; very juicy. I am giving this four stars b/c although it was easy to prepare, there were a lot of steps to this dish and the yougurt & avacado sauce weren't anything special. Instead I would do what other reviewers also suggested; simply use sour cream & slices of avocado.

Yep, the marinade is great! Didn't try the sauces. Had to "grill" indoors since it's so cold here. We thought it might be missing some additional zing like more lime juice and we love cumin so we might add that to the marinade next time. But it's really great just as written too. My daughter, who didn't want the chicken at first, kept eating the leftovers out of the pan. Got to love that.

This is a great recipe that is easy to prepare and is delicious. Some in my family thought I bought the chicken seasoned from our favorite high end meat market because the flavor was so good.

The marinade is awesome. I left the chicken breast in for about an hour and grilled them and they turned out perfectly, really moist and flavorful. I didn't make the other two sauces. I just made regular guacamole. You could definitely just do avocado slices, sour creme and some hot sauce and they'd turn out great. Good luck
