WOW!!! This was awesome... the chicken was some of the best I've had for fajitas ever. The marinade was absolutely wonderful...and the sauces were sooo good. We weren't sure how it was going to turn out and were concerned but was no need to be. The marinade for the chicken would also be really good over a pasta dish..maybe with a good white sauce of some kind or just as a grilled chicken dish. We used our cast iron grill pan which really gives it a nice grilled flavor. Delish! This is replacing our long time fajita recipe that we loved so much. Didn't change a thing and didn't need too. Will make again and again. Thank you for a fantastic recipe.

This were the best chicken fajitas I've ever had! The sauces were to die for.
If you don't have tortillas, serve over pasta. Simply delicious.

Love this recipe! Very healthy too. I didn't care for the avocado mixture much. Instead, I made a mango salsa that adds a little sweetness to the dish.

I can't say enough good things about this recipe. It was easy to make and SUPER delicious. The whole family loved it and leftovers didn't last long. Awesome flavors and all-around great, healthful meal. We tried it for the first time last weekend and it's on the menu again tonight!

Nice flavors, healthy, easy prep and cook - it is great to find a recipe with all these features! Suggestions: 1Pounding the chicken breasts to an even thickness helped with grilling them to juicy perfection. 2After assembling fajitas, dust them with a light coating of ground coriander and ground ancho chile - it doesn't add much to the heat index of the dish but it dialed up the flavor!
