    The marinade is awesome. I left the chicken breast in for about an hour and grilled them and they turned out perfectly, really moist and flavorful. I didn't make the other two sauces. I just made regular guacamole. You could definitely just do avocado slices, sour creme and some hot sauce and they'd turn out great. Good luck

    The actual marinade was good, but the two sauces were horrible. The yogurt sauce tasted like dirt, and the avacado sauce tasted like baby food. You would do much better to just use sliced avacados and some light sour cream on your fajita. My husband is Hispanic, and he wouldn't even touch the sauces after having a taste. The marinade did make the chicken extremely moist, but it doesn't taste like your typical fajita meat.

    This recipe turned out fantastic! My family loved it and so did I. It has just the right amount of heat and cool and the textures were great.

    um...yes please. I loved 'em. My husband loved them. And also, realizing that corn tortillas are almost always the best option...priceless.

    Amazing Chicken Fajitas! I made black bean and corn salad for a side, it was just to hot and humid for beans and rice. Both dishes disappeared quickly. The yogurt sauce and avacado sauce are must haves with this recipe. I'm definitely making this one again!

    The BEST chicken fajitas I have EVER eaten! Whoohoo! Wow! Amazing! What flavor! The only change I made was to use Jalapeno Flour Tortillas instead of corn. Scrumptious! I have made many "famous chef's" recipes for chicken fajitas, and none have even come CLOSE to this one! I think it has alot to do with the marinade, the yogurt sauce and the avocado sauce in this recipe. IT was FABULOUS!!!

    OH YUM! fantasic - did the chicken on a flat top grill, so cut the chicken breast into slices before putting into marinade to get even more flavor. Did not make the sauces (will make next time, they sound wonderful, as I made a tomato/avacodo salsa. Made this for 6 hungry loggers and they loved it -- as did eveyone else at the table, including the children!

    WOW!!! This was awesome... the chicken was some of the best I've had for fajitas ever. The marinade was absolutely wonderful...and the sauces were sooo good. We weren't sure how it was going to turn out and were concerned but was no need to be. The marinade for the chicken would also be really good over a pasta dish..maybe with a good white sauce of some kind or just as a grilled chicken dish. We used our cast iron grill pan which really gives it a nice grilled flavor. Delish! This is replacing our long time fajita recipe that we loved so much. Didn't change a thing and didn't need too. Will make again and again. Thank you for a fantastic recipe.
