very tasty marinade which I will try for other things as well. The yogurt sauce was a little odd but did taste good when eaten with the whole fajita. Loved the avocado sauce, another one to try with meat or fish.

This healthy recipe is worth the time it takes to make and the mess it will create in your kitchen. I will definitely make this meal again, but I'll move it to the weekend rotation when I have a bit more time to make it. The chicken breasts took a little longer to cook, and a result, I took the chicken off toward the end, cut them up, and put them back in the pan to finish. Next time, I'll pound them thinner. The faux sour cream is great!

WOW! This is one awesome recipe. I especially love the flavor of the avocado sauce and so did the rest of my family. This is definitely a keeper. The marinade was one of the best I have ever tried. Great job Food Network Kitchens crew. Keep them coming.

These were amazing. I would recommend only adding the water to the avocado sauce so that it is the consistency that you like. The flavors all together were amazing. The marinade was great. I would like to use it just on a grilled chicken breast alone! I did everything in my magic bullet & it was so easy! I can't wait to make it again!

This recipe was delicious and very easy to make! I could not believe how yummy low fat could be. I served it for guests and they lapped it up! I substituted veg broth for the chicken broth and it was very good

WOW - this is why I always trust Bobby Flay for grilling recipes. The flavors were incredible and I could have eaten both sauces alone with a spoon! A homerun on taste and healthy to boot! The whole family loved the flavor of the chicken (just left out the jalapeno to lessen the heat for the kids and immediately asked to have it again!

I'm eating lighter now that I'm trying to drops some lbs. No more diets for me. Just good tasty food like this recipe. I made this tonight and it was so good. I'm a pretty good cook (chef wannabe, with some skills. This is so very tasty. I used pork scallopini instead of chicken and didn't grill. I added some smoke paprika for a smoky flavor and some ground ancho chile spice to the chicken (along with the cilantro/lime marinade of course and cut the scallopini like it was a stir fry. Heated my skillet and sprayed canola oil and it was done in minutes. Then the vegetables had a turn, using a litle bit of chicken broth to deglaze. I found both the sauces delicious and I'll have to make some more yogurt sauce for tomorrow when I munch on my little tortillas. Perfect for when you're eating several small meals a day.

I LOVED this recipe. I cut up the veggies the night before and placed them and the chicken in their own resealable bag as well as make the cilantro sauce the night before. The next night I finished the recipe (minus the jalapeno and sub chipotle peppers in adobo sauce since that's what I had in the house and just cooked the chicken separate from the sliced veggies. it was easy, healthy and delicious! Thanks!
