I didn't like the corn tortillas. I ususally use flour tortillas and I think they would have been better. The corn tortillas were dry and crumbly. Make sure to put enough salt in this recipe or it will be bland.

The marinade in this recipe is fantastic. My roommate and I were absolutely crazy about it. My only real criticism of the recipe is that the water in the avocado sauce is completely unnecessary, especially if you're using a ripe avocado. It just watered down the taste and made it runny. If your avocado is on the hard side, then use maybe 1/3 cup water, but certainly not the 1/2 cup that the recipe calls for. Also, the yogurt sauce lacks oomph. Next time I'll try throwing in a few spices of my own. Otherwise though, the marinade is so phenomenal that I'll definitely be making these fajitas again.

I only used the recipe for the marinade, so I can't really rate too high, but I loved how wonderful the chicken and veggies tasted. The cilantro was a little strong, but I love cilantro so I didn't mind. I also added a little cumin, and will probably either add more or some cayanne pepper in the future for some more heat. I also made some home made flour tortillas instead. Next time I will definitly try the avacado spread. Great job!

Delicious! Make extra cilantro sauce! Since it's winter, I grilled my chicken on an indoor grill. Wonderful flavor.

This had excellent flavor. Needs some beans or something else in it but that's just me talking. I would definitely make it again - especially in the summer. Also the guacamole and yogurt mixture were great too. Made them just as directed and they were great.

This is a fantastic dish! I recommend using 1/2 jalapeno if you are sensitive to hot food. Make sure you take the seeds out. For a more colorful dish use a red and orange or yellow pepper not orange with yellow because when you grill them the orange becomes more translucent and the color blends. The Greek yogurt portion in the recipe is too small if you like sauces. I used 5.3oz container of Greek yogurt, and used 1/4 tsp of the cumin and coriander. I used olive oil as a carrier for the spices. Heating the oil well and stirring the spices in, is key to transferring the flavor to the oil. Let it sit and cool before putting it in the yogurt. SIDES: Serve with rice and re-fried beans..YUM! Save back 4 tbl spoons of the mix from step 1 not 2. Use the other 2 tbl spoons to go into the rice to give it a lil kick! WANNA REALLY ADD SOME UNIQUE FLAVOR? Accidentally spilling some tequila in the marinade is not a bad idea! Cheers!

This was absolutely delicious! I tasted the marinade after I made it and I was worried that it would be too spicy, but after I cooked the chicken and the vegetables, it was perfect! I would definitely make again, and the avocado sauce was wonderful!
