Kids loved it. Sauce too. Usually they just want ranch dressing with their chicken.

Fun, grown-up take on everyone's favorite kid's meal. I've made this one several times.

This was a great, quick, and easy recipe. Love the baking vs frying method. I'm a big curry fan so I decided to introduce it to m boyfriend. The tenders looked beautiful right out of the oven, although they were a little bland. Definitely add salt and pepper. My boyfriend and I were not fans of the curried ketchup, however. We felt that the juice of a whole lime was way too overpowering, so we just used regular ketchup. Will definitely make again.

Great recipe, my husband and 8 year old loved it! It was not only tasty but extremly easy to make. My 8 year old asked that we save this recipe for a future meal.

Great recipe and very quick! The breading produces a perfectly crispy tender. My only issues are that the ketchup was too bland and the curry overpowered the chicken tenders. In the future, I'd add more curry to the ketchup and less to the breading.

In my opinion, this chicken recipe was a little bland. The chicken itself turned out perfectly cooked, but panko has little flavor. I would suggest mixing more cumin in to the panko mixture.
As for the ketchup, I thought more lime and curry powder should be added for a bolder taste.

These were very very good. The best attempt at chicken fingers...the bread crumbs were crunchy and not soggy like all the other times. A definite keeper!!!

This was a great meal. I ate the leftover chicken the next day on pita bread with tzatziki sauce, lettuce, onion, tomato, and low fat feta, like a gyro, and it was amazing! We had saffron rice as a side. I would rate the second meal 5 stars.
