This meal was great, it only cost us $7 to make the entire meal and it fed a family of 6!

This was alot of curry!! I totally love this method of preparing the chicken, however next time I think I would substitute the curry with paprika, chili powder, or some other spice. I found out the hard way that hubby and I aren't fans of curry.

I didn't have any mustard in the house, but even without it the chicken was amazing. I just had to cook it about ten minutes longer than the directions tell you to.

So fast, easy, delicious and healthy. I cooked the chicken at 425 degrees for 10 minutes and then 400 degrees for another 10 minutes and it was browned nicely with lots of crunch to it. I would suggest trying a different type of curry instead of adding more curry. I used Japanese Curry (can be purchased at Williams-Sonoma. I work there and find the different curries are great for different cuisines. This Japanese Curry has star anise, cayenne pepper, cumin, black pepper, fenugreek, tumeric, fennel and coriander in it. Gives the chicken a bit of bite and a pungent spice taste. I thought the curried ketchup was alright, but also made an orange, ginger dipping sauce and a sauce with a bit of mayo mixed with Vietnamese chili garlic sauce. Use the chili sauce sparingly. Lots of options, however, the basic chicken recipe is wonderful...

I'm on a diet and I have somewhat picky 3 year old twins, so I'm trying to pack in flavor and make meals interesting that are quick and easy. This fits the bill thank you. I agree with others that experiment with the curry powder quantities although I personally thought the mix was perfect with the ketchup. This made for a great quick midweek meal that didn't break the bank. It satisfied a number of cravings and is one I would recommend.

The chicken came out tender after the specified time. The breading could have been a little darker though after baking; it made the chicken look anemic. I agree with the previous rater who said adding more curry would have made them even better. They were easy to prepare, the taste was great, and I would make them again. I'm not a ketchup person, although I tried it and didn't care for it, but my 11-year old daughter liked it. My husband agreed with the anemic look, but liked the taste.
