Easy recipe for working Mom's with small kids or Gramma's who babysit. The only change I make: I pound the chicken breasts lightly so each has an even thickness, then I slice them into 1" wide strips. I add a little paprika to the panko, and since the strips are a little thinner, I bake them about 15 minutes, but, they are still crispy and tender. I place the ketchup mixture into individual small dipping cups, and ranch dressing in others. The kids love having their own dipping cups, which I make by cutting down Dixie cups horizontally, to make them much shorter. This recipe is an easy, tasty and healthy way to serve chicken to kids. And there are rarely any leftovers! Thanks again.

The chicken was great...I'm from New Orleans, (we like our spice! so I added a lot more curry than it called for, and I salted and peppered the chicken, as well as added salt and pepper to the panko. I didn't make the broccoli as it said, because I like roasted vegetables better than boiled. I just roasted it with Emeril's seasoning and olive oil... delish!! Even my husband, who turns his nose up at healthy recipes, liked it.

I have never made chicken fingers before and this was very easy to make. The chicken was moist inside, crunchy on the outside and the sauce was great. Im on weight watchers and this calculated out to 8 points per serving in case anyone else is looking for healthy recipes to make.

Typical chicken fingers with a different added spice, nothing new. Addition of the curry ketchup is what makes it good and not just a fair dish. Experiment a bit with the curry ketchup until you find your own favorite.

I had my cousins over for dinner and they loved it! It worked really great with the dip. Delicious! Crunchy from the outside and very tender from the inside, yum! I tried it with the garlic dip as well and it was really tasty but I still prefer it with the curried ketchup!

I thought this was great and I'm not even a big curry fan. The ketchup is a must - it makes the dish. My 2 year old loved it too. Great flavor and the chicken was perfectly cooked. An easy weeknight meal.

Really delicious, and I completely screwed up the recipe! I don't have a baking rack, so I cooked the chicken right on the baking sheet and they still came out crispy, though I did use whole wheat panko so maybe that helped. I also bought lemons instead of limes at the store and didn't realize that I only had about 1/2 as much ketchup as the recipe called for. The ketchup was quite delicious with lemon instead of lime, and I was really sad when I didn't have enough of it. I can't wait to try again with the proper ingredients!

This was a winner in my house! My picky 2yr old ate second helpings, and he usually refuses to eat meat! Quick meal to whip up, and we had everything in the pantry... We will be using again.
