    Made the whole meal (except the curried ketchup and the kids loved it! I did cut down on the spice level (using less mustard and curry that called for because my kids (ages 4 and 6 have to ease into new flavors/spices. They detected the new (to them curry flavor and liked it. I will punch up the spice level next time. Tenders took about 25-30 minutes to brown in my oven.

    This recipe was fantastic. Even our four year-old adored the chicken fingers. The adults found the curried ketchup to be excellent and a perfect pairing with the chicken. An outstanding healthy meal.
